Do I need a reservation?

In the event that we sell out, we can’t accommodate walk-ins. We highly recommend booking tickets online. If a time is not appearing on the online calendar it is either sold out or not available.

Can I reserve the space for just my group?

Yes, please inquire at ImaginationStreetLLC@gmail.com for group bookings.

Can I bring my own food/drink to open play?

Yes, you’re more than welcome to bring your own food and drink with you. However, cake, cupcakes, and ice cream are not permitted during open play and are only allowed for private parties. Food must stay in the lounge area and cannot be on the play floor or in city. We do have coffee and healthy snacks for purchase.

Do you have coffee?

Yes, we have self-serve coffee machines that make hot coffee, espresso, doppio, americano, and hot water for teas.

Do you offer memberships?

We have seasonal passes. More options coming soon!

Why do you charge for adults?

We limit our occupancy below what we’re required to ensure a great customer experience. Every person in attendance goes towards that occupancy. We keep the price as low as possible :)

What do you do to keep the space clean?

Our staff resets/cleans up throughout sessions and in between sessions. Along with working with a professional cleaning company, we also use child friendly, highly effective disinfectants that kills 99.9% of germs.

Can I cancel my open play session?

Because booking online reserves a limited spot, we don’t allow cancellations for any reason. Please contact us and we will work with you to apply it to a different date.

What are the ages?

Imagination Street is geared for 1-7 year olds. Kids 8 and older may join with their families, but not play in the city.

Who is responsible for my child?

Parents and/or caregivers are fully responsible for the care and safety of their child(ren). Parents/caregivers must be present at all times and may not leave the facility at any time. All participants must also sign a waiver acknowledging such.

Can I host a party during open play session hours?

No. All of our parties are completely private. We do not permit parties to occur during regular business hours.

Can I cancel my party?

Because booking online reserves your party and keeps others from booking that time slot, we don’t allow cancellations for any reason.

Can I bring a piñata to my party?

Yes, but you will need to provide accommodations (piñata, pole, rope, bat, etc.)

Can I tape things to the wall?

No, we don’t allow decorations to be taped to the walls. However, we a designated piece of trim that decor can be hung from. We also have a permanent “Let’s Celebrate” neon sign and will allow banners to be taped to our butcher block buffet table.

How long is a party?

All parties are two hours long. You will have access to the party room for the first 90 minutes and the rest of the space for the full two hours. You can extend your time for a fee if you’re the last party of the day or no other party is booked after yours.

How early can I get there to set up for my party?

You can arrive 30 minutes prior to set up the party room. The rest of the space, including the city, will not be available until your booked time slot.

Can I book a weeknight party?

Yes, please contact us for availability.

How many kids are included in the party packages?

All party packages include 16 children. Each additional child is $10.

How many people can come to my party?

Our occupancy is 82. Our party room can accommodate up to 30 children. Children under 1 years old and adults are free. Please contact us if you anticipate having a large party.

Am I responsible to clean after my party?

No, leave the mess with us!
